The Landing, located in the Sierra Mountains of Pioneer, Ca is a gated 2 acre beautifully appointed space that currently sleeps up 6-8 individuals with a mountain vista view, pool and jacuzzi, decks for relaxation, in a quiet neighborhood. This location is close to many lakes, rivers, trails and hikes, about 40 minutes to Kirkwood Ski Resort and 90 minutes from Lake Tahoe. The quiet towns of Jackson and Volcano are nearby with much to see and do. An ideal stay here to explore the area would be 5-14 days to explore what's offered in this wonderful area.

The home is approximately 2700 sq ft with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Starlink Wifi, Zen Room, Tea Room, beautifully remodeled kitchen and a living room that opens up to the premier views.

This home has been renovated with intentionality, harmony, style and luxurious comfort.

Living Room: View and Wood Fire Stove
Kitchen: Stove, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Pool entrance (coming soon)
Tea Room: Sit space, Keurig, French Press, Tea's and coffee provided
Zen Room: Yoga mats, Soundbed, Lounge bed, Space to move your body and meditate

Master Bedroom: King bed with seating area, dresser
Guest Bedroom 1: Queen bed, closet
Guest Bedroom 2: Two twin XL beds, closet
Tea Room: Queen murphy bed

Bathrooms:
Lower Bathroom: a well appointed small bathroom in Tea Room with a bidet, single sink, hair dryer, medicine cabinet, tiled shower
Upper Bathroom: larger bathroom in upstairs hallway with double sinks, hair dryer, tiled shower, bidet and large cement tub
Please Note: Like many homes in the mountains, this home is on a septic tank, we ask that you use the bidets and place any used toilet paper in the trash bins next to the toilets

Pool and Jacuzzi: deck for pool access under construction, enclosed with privacy fence, deck for lounging.

Note:
This home has some original quirks such as two sets of stairs each located on opposite sides of the home connecting to the upper space and bedrooms. The two guest bedrooms are located at the opposite side of the master bedroom. There is currently no TV - something we're still debating on. :-)

Thank you for the incredible experiences of staying at the Landing this past weekend. The house is a beautiful, fully furnished and upscale bathroom with high technology. You can see the amazing sunrise and sunset inside the house. You can also enjoy hiking and a view of a beautiful vineyard across the mountain. The most relaxing and quiet place to enjoy the beauty of nature.

I had a great opportunity in visiting at the Landing this pass weekend. It is such a relaxing and quiet place that makes me feel so at peace. With a clear wide open view of a beautiful vineyard across the mountain. A long clean and wide paths for hiking. A huge wide open landscape to enjoy just walking around on the premises. The house is very beautiful and spacious with a very warm cozy decor. fully furnished and full kitchen which makes it feels as my second home. Thanks for an enjoyable experience. looking forward to revisit the beautiful Landing in the near future.
